02 Hardware Planning + Installation

We provide hardware recommendations to ensure you have optimal hardware. Hardware on-site setup is available within our service geographic radius.

03 Data Transition

When switching from another EMR, our data import experts can coordinate with your current EMR provider to export and import data into Plexia for a seamless transition.

04 EMR Deployment

Our developer team deploys and performs initial configurations to match your office workflow.

05 Training

A designated application trainer will provide training to your office’s staff. Training can be done remotely over the internet or in-person.

06 Customization

Further customizations in the EMR (e.g. letterheads, templates, etc.) are performed and adjusted to meet the clinic's needs.

07 Follow-Up

It is important to us that your clinic is up and running smoothly. Our team will follow up with you to see if there are ways to further improve your workflow.
